I/we hereby state that:

1.  The said article written by me /us is an original contribution; it has neither been published before in any print/electronic form.
2. It contains no matter that is scandalous, obscene, libellous, or otherwise contrary to law.
3.  I/we agree to transfer all the copyright of this article to ‘Naad Nartan journal of Dance and Music’.
4.  The Journal shall own the work, including:-

1. Copyright, 2) the right to grant permission to republish the article in whole or in part , with or without fee, 3) the right to republish the work in a collection of article in any other mechanical or electronic format.

1.  In case of a paper by multi—authored article, I/ we corresponding author have obtained permission to enter in to agreement and assign copyright from all the co-authors, in writing and all the co—authors have thoroughly read and agreed, in writing and all the co-authors have thoroughly read and agreed with above warranties and authorization. 
2. I/we permit editors to publish the article in the book or in any other means with editorial amendment, if any to make it suitable for publication. Further, I / we hereby assign copyright to the Editor(s) for its publication in any form/language including all media, and exclusive right to use the matter for the life of work, NNJDM may assign its rights under this agreement.
3. I/we agree to indemnify the editors of the NNJDM against all claims or action arising from any breach of warranty on my/our behalf in this agreement. 
4.  In case of any legal matter, the area of jurisdiction would be restricted to Delhi.
